The Outstanding Influence Of Vehicles
Sunday, November 6th, 2011Cars are an amazingly wonderful invention that people don’t really think about too much. Think about what it was like a hundred years ago. If you lived in the city, you would likely have to walk everywhere. People also rode horses, and buggies and other horse drawn vehicles, but the streets were filled with horse manure. That meant it didn’t smell very good. To be sure, life is much better with cars.
For a while they had cars, but only rich people could afford them. They were considered tools of the elite, much like cell phones were when they first came out. If you drove a car, you were considered to be very high class. Since only a few people had cars, it didn’t impact society much.
